because mark ripptoe told me that my squats would become easier if I committed to depth. I descend very slowly on heavy weight.
squats felt the same, but thats probably an improvement because I was like 3 inches below parallel.
I will attempt 500 if I get 475x2 this tuesday

As long as I can hit 475x2 next week, it wont be so bad. I kind of needed an extra week to peak on bench anyway. If my testicle issue is corrected by the next heavy squat day, I think it wont have any effect on my hitting 500 or more
