Tricked my body by loading up 555 first, unracking, taking off a 45, and then doing 465x1. This rep was terrible, felt pretty close to a 1RM and was 2 inches high. I don't understand, its as if my body physically forces me to stop the rep unless it doesnt feel heavy. Maybe its just me being a pussy, I dont know.

Man.... I could chalk this up to a ton of things, being sick, not being able to get the bar in a good position, not sleeping last night, too much knee travel, diarrhea, no energy. Phuck it though, I am just a bitch, no way around this. I suck at life and just should give up at it.

I guess I am gonna have to add an extra week to the routine anyway, fml. I think I will need to add some more volume too, I feel like my form sucks too bad to keep low volume in my routine.
