Incredible session, and now done with 3's week. I can definitely make it through 6 cycles before resetting, and hopefully (with enough weight gain) I can go for >1 year.

Then proceeded with the usual foam rolling and stretching. This is 1's week. The 3 reps weren't too bad, and I might have had one more, but my lower back wasn't feeling it today.
Bench is gonna be 205xAMRAP in a couple days, shooting for 3!

My numbers are rising consistently now, including my weight lol (around 172 or 173 now). Could care less about my weight at the moment, loving this progress.
I have some difficult sessions coming up in the next several days, I need to go so hard on the food.

I know I said I was gaining weight, but I only gained like 2 pounds or so. I SERIOUSLY want to gain A LOT of weight. I already feel like I'm eating a lot, so idk what to do. It's obviously not necessary because I'm progressing very well, but I want to get brutally strong extremely fast, and weight gain will help with this.
Anyways this is the end of 1's week. Now it's deload time. I'm looking forward to resetting my maxes.

My form kind of broke down on the max set, as my back bent a little bit. So much intensity in that set tho. I did the squats to try to get more work in for my adductors.

I always feel weaker than I actually am. I keep feeling like I struggle with a lighter working set, then I get to the top set and I bang out a lot of reps (relative of course).
But still a good session, no real complaints..

Not even surprised or bothered by this. Overheads are a fickle beast, and if my long/tiring week would show in any lift, it would DEFINITELY be this. Once my eating and resting picks up this will jump back to normal.

This is Deload week so I've been doing w/e with training. I know an elite dude who doesn't do anything for a week..
