Then proceeded with the usual foam rolling and stretching. This is 1's week. The 3 reps weren't too bad, and I might have had one more, but my lower back wasn't feeling it today.

I know I said I was gaining weight, but I only gained like 2 pounds or so. I SERIOUSLY want to gain A LOT of weight. I already feel like I'm eating a lot, so idk what to do. It's obviously not necessary because I'm progressing very well, but I want to get brutally strong extremely fast, and weight gain will help with this.

Anyways this is the end of 1's week. Now it's deload time. I'm looking forward to resetting my maxes.

I always feel weaker than I actually am. I keep feeling like I struggle with a lighter working set, then I get to the top set and I bang out a lot of reps (relative of course).

But still a good session, no real complaints..

Not even surprised or bothered by this. Overheads are a fickle beast, and if my long/tiring week would show in any lift, it would DEFINITELY be this. Once my eating and resting picks up this will jump back to normal.

My adductors are sore as fuck now cus it's the 12th, not necessarily because of the sumos. I was supposed to press today but I'm not at school so I can't. I'll use a moderate weight (55lb) dumbbell for pressing tomorrow.
