also, no more stretching, its ghey.

cliff notes, I am done trying to fix things that arent broken. my bench is stronger with a longer ROM, and my squat is better when I am inflexible as phuck, and my deadlift is better with retard form.

Its as if the middle portion of my lift is "missing". Thats the best way I can describe it. My form was actually so off today that there was no point in attempting a 5RM.

First of all, my knees are simply killing me for some weird reason. My wrists are in a ton of pain too, and I cant seem to find a position that doesnt hurt them. The bar wouldnt stay on my back, and the positioning of the bar varied each set.

As if that wasnt bad enough, "something" was relaxing on the eccentric of my squat, which prevented me from getting any drive out of the hole and inhibited me from sitting back.

Idk what to do, today sucked. Maybe I shouldnt have taken a day off. If I have another one of these days I think I am gonna scrap my programming.

I havent been able to gain weight, maybe that has something to do with it. Only weighed in in the mid 170's today.

I am seriously considering a break from strength training in favor of a hypertrophy focus. I dont find myself eager to move heavy weight right now, so maybe a break would do me good, idk.

I feel like I don't need to explain to you that the movements are different and box squats can phuck with your coordination and efficiencies for back squats...

I had a similar problem last semester after a few sessions of box squatting

well obviously, but I only did box squats like 2 times.

I cant imagine that some people can do them every week and be okay, yet I do them one time and boom, no more squat form.

maybe they got used to it? It would make more sense for it to mess you up in the short run when you haven't practiced them

I am 99% sure that I am psychologically addicted to the 1-3-dim in Jack3d. I stopped using it for a few days, and I just feel lethargic and terrible overall.

Its interesting though, because I think I can flip this to my advantage. If I actually am psychologically addicted to the 1-3-dim in the Jack3d, then after 3-4 days I should become sensitized to it. This means that my body will upregulate its response to the 1-3-dim, and I will get a MUCH stronger CNS stimulation from taking Jack3d.

We will find out in a couple of days when I test it out. Would be pretty cool if I could manipulate amphetamine addiction into my programming to my advantage.

or you could get desenitized to it and get the same effect?

My form looked like 3 mmf clinically obese mormons procreating. At least I know why my hamster hurts now. I am pretty sure it has to do with when I initiate my hip drive. The closer to the top I initiate the drive, the more likely I am to aggravate my hamstrings. I think this is the factor that determines whether my squats feel good or not too. If I have bad feeling squats, my hips dip back slightly right out of the whole, delaying the critical leg drive my hamsters need for their well being. I will try to fix.
