Someone was 1/10th benching on the bench I like to use, so I decided to start with incline instead

you look a little timid on the decent on those squats, but seem to improve as the set goes on. You scared of the weight breh?

RDL has gone up a lot right? Has it improved your arch on squats yet?

I am not scared of the weight, shaking like that helps get into berserker mode. Helps me loose my mind and go all phucking out.

I can't say for sure on the RDL's, I have been cutting them a little higher than I was before, I like them better this way. I notice the last 3 squat workouts have felt VERY smooth, so maybe the RDL's are helping.

Friend with an iphone used an app to measure the bentness of the bar I use everytime. Turns out its bent on only one side, and its the side that I tilt my shoulder on, hahaha. I use this exact bar everytime

I have seen it written, but I don't have a source. I have been hard pressed to find a natty lifter that can pause over 2x bodyweight. This is obviously very dependent on leverages

tbh im confused by the wording in that question. does it mean to win more money overall in the 5 games?

Tbh, i am on retard mode right now.

Basically, if the team you want to win wins the series, you want to have $200, but if they lose the series, you want $0.

Basically, when your team is up or down 1-0, you bet $50. Then you bet either $50 or $100 depending on the results of the games. You don't bet when it's 1-1 though, because that would ruin it.

Also, I can't figure out the PHUCKING coin formula, its soooo easy, but I am drawing a phucking blank.
