Lol, I haven't gotten more than 5 hours of sleep in 2 weeks.

I really think sleep deprivation is largely a non a factor tbh. Your body will adapt.

I am soooo tired too. for some reason, it appears to have no effect on lifting though.

You know whats the worst part of the day when you're sleepy? Sitting through a professors class where you already know ALL the material. You have to make sure not to close your eyes because there are only like 15 kids in the class, and he will know.

that's my room mate and he pulled the exact same thing without a belt immediately after me

who has dem genetics nao?

if I told you how fast he got gains from me training him you'd quit lifting

It has a big effect on my adrenaline. It is really hard for me to get my heart rate up pre lift when I am sleep deprived.

I know that feel forced eye open feel tho bro

TNG Bench
135 2x8
185x5
225x3
265x2
305x2
327.5x1 misload and an ugly rep
340x2

SOHP
45x10
95x5

Dips
BW 4x25

Superset
DB Front Raises 3x15

Notes: On the 327.5 the bar was missing 12.5 on one side Sad Probably should have backed down to 305 again before going to 340. The 340 was really messed up and the misload ruined my motor pattern. Planned to do 2x2 but decided to call it quits

I know you're not gonna want to hear this, but you're definitely over the deep end too in terms of overtraining.

Your squats are looking terrible, and you "dropped" the last 2 deadlift attempts you have made. I think you said you're a few weeks out of a meet, so I would try to do everything I could to train below your recovery ability leading up.

your squats have progressively gotten higher and higher, and your deadlift is being dropped from a position that suggests CNS fatigue. That bar on the deadlift wasnt anywhere close to stopping, you just flat out gave up.

I'll take vids of deeper squats saturday, and yes I am relentlessly lazy

Trust me, I am fine
