I think the front squats are fatiguing/distorting my upper back and ruining my back squats. If I stop, I should squat more. That, or being like 16x lbs is making me weaker

the weight wasnt heavy, but my form was just ridiculous today for some reason. The bar kept lag to the right every rep. It was so bad that my 135 warm up almost had the 45 lb plate roll off the bar. Idk.
the 335 was 2x bodyweight though.
