I think the front squats are fatiguing/distorting my upper back and ruining my back squats. If I stop, I should squat more. That, or being like 16x lbs is making me weaker

the weight wasnt heavy, but my form was just ridiculous today for some reason. The bar kept lag to the right every rep. It was so bad that my 135 warm up almost had the 45 lb plate roll off the bar. Idk.

the 335 was 2x bodyweight though.

Life is funny isn't it?

I have been struggling for the past 5 weeks to get my squat form down, and every day my form has been complete and total garbage.

I come into the gym today at 4 am, completely sleep deprived, and all of a sudden my squats are something out of a textbook. Every rep was perfect, nice bounce, fast descent, and no hesitation.

I bet this never happens again.

Gonna finish the accessories later.
