Also, I went really light on the "lower body" day before this workout (which was friday).

Went up to 245x8 beltless and 255x7 rdl's and I cut it short cause of abzor pain/shaking/spasming

I am going to have to stop lifting until this injury heals, It honestly hurts just to breathe and walk right now.

I'm pretty sure its just a relatively minor grade abdominal strain, but the problem with abdominal strains is that its literally impossible to rest the abdominals unless you lie down all day, which I obviously can't do.
