I mean...the weight is supposed to be supported by your body. Your form in the videos look fine.

You have oly shoes right? Why don't you use those for front squats?

was scared, new gym I am testing out only has a monolift, so if I failed.... I died. Wouldnt have done much more anyway

gonna try a different gym Monday. This gym is cool and stuff, that 18 year old who squats 770 lifts there, and so does Shawna Mendelson, but idk how I am gonna squat here without a group.

Idk how those thingys that catch a failed monolift work, I think they have one, but I didnt wanna risk using it wrong.

benches at new gym sucked, and there isnt a real power rack, just some weird squat racks that suck. Not sure where I am gonna sign up for a gym, they are all awful.

in other news, I was the smallest person in this gym, there were 3-4 people who were literally Ronnie Coleman sized, and a bunch of people who were Ed Coan sized.

Decided to modify the program at this point, high rep fronts arent possible because of upper back fatigue, so I am gonna add weight to the program and do 7,5,4,2 instead of the normal 9,7,5,3

I thought it was only 270, but Shawna told me that the squat bar actually weighs 60 lbs, so all my sets from smolov were actually 5 lbs heavier

I am still sick. It sucks trying to finish a set when you have phlegm in your throat and need to cough... especially when the bar is on your throat.

Wasn't feeling the bench today, didnt push it. I am 99% sure that front squats have a huge negative impact on bench when done before them, and that probably holds true to some extent vice versa.
