Lol dude, even trying to create a set amount that is achievable naturally is beyond retarded.

There are so many factors involved in strength, and there is no way anyone who is trying to put together a maximum potential for bench is even considering .0001% of these factors.

Anyone who tries to throw a number out there is literally basing his opinion on nothing, and is thus a huge tool.



The phaggot deleted his thread right after I called him out for being a retard. Phucking moron is essentially a math major and doesn't know what a independent variable is.

when you consider the fact that only the bottom 5/12 weight classes have an american record for raw and tested bench over 2.5 bw, the idea seems less retarded

achievable yes in the sense of possible

it began with more or less a compliment. Maybe it means that your bench is far past your other lifts and that you should focus more on the lifts that can add more lbs to your total in a shorter time period

I have only benched 350 this year, so if I bench 400, I added 50 lbs this year.

That was a 10 lb PR, but 1st and 3rd rep was about an inch high. My form felt pretty bad today, but I sucked it up and went for the PR anyway.
