Your squats on March 20 actually looked pretty good, but I remember the ones before that looking terrible.

Not sure if you have a video of the 2RM on the squats, but I think it could be a good indicator.

I'll take vids of deeper squats saturday, and yes I am relentlessly lazy

Trust me, I am fine

blah, whatever you say. I am gonna go sleep. I think I am gonna squat beltless and deadlift beltless until my beltless lifts approach my belted ones.

i cant solve my problem of not being able to lift heavy weight by lifting weight that I cant lift because its too heavy.

I need to get strong enough that I can plow through 500 for a double easily, and then the mind phuck of 5 plates will be over.

and deadlifts I cant get into position once I put my belt on.

sleep

you arent peaked yet.

i find it depressing that everyone else can peak by NOT lifting, but not lifting, even for only a few days, takes 30 lbs off one of my lifts.

what you weighing now?

if you knew how dedicated I used to be before I started posting on forums you would laugh at my lack of progress. Genetics are not the factor here

btw the reason you can't get any gains from taking a few days off is because you always lift fresh/rested
