Re: Kevin's log
Your squats on March 20 actually looked pretty good, but I remember the ones before that looking terrible.
Not sure if you have a video of the 2RM on the squats, but I think it could be a good indicator.

I'll take vids of deeper squats saturday, and yes I am relentlessly lazy
Trust me, I am fine
blah, whatever you say. I am gonna go sleep. I think I am gonna squat beltless and deadlift beltless until my beltless lifts approach my belted ones.

Re: Kevin's log
i cant solve my problem of not being able to lift heavy weight by lifting weight that I cant lift because its too heavy.
I need to get strong enough that I can plow through 500 for a double easily, and then the mind phuck of 5 plates will be over.
and deadlifts I cant get into position once I put my belt on.
sleep

Re: Kevin's log
you arent peaked yet.
i find it depressing that everyone else can peak by NOT lifting, but not lifting, even for only a few days, takes 30 lbs off one of my lifts.
what you weighing now?

I was just trolling
second part is just poor programming/strategy

Re: Kevin's log
what do you mean poor programming/strategy? eggs plain.
its so unfair how much better your genetics are than mine. brb, no train consistently, brb tons of drinking, brb lazy, brb massive gains no matter what.

if you knew how dedicated I used to be before I started posting on forums you would laugh at my lack of progress. Genetics are not the factor here

did you ever notice what I did to your avatar?
Re: Kevin's log
btw the reason you can't get any gains from taking a few days off is because you always lift fresh/rested
